Our Policy
We at Cycle More 4 Less have taken the commitment to accommodate our customers with the best possible customer service available.  In order to better serve you, we have listed our most frequently asked questions on some of our company policies below.

Customer Service
Internet orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our phone lines are available Monday thru Thursday from 6:00 am until 1:00 pm, however, if you wish to place a phone order outside of the above listed hours, you may leave a message and we will process your order the following business day. Our Customer Service Department is available Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am until 1:00 pm, Mountain Standard Time. All product inquiries, order status, return instructions, etc., can be addressed between those hours, however, we prefer these requests be made through e-mail unless otherwise noted specifically below.
If you need to speak to someone immediately, please call 623-877-8083 for assistance.  A customer service representative will get back with you within 24 to 48 hours via e-mail unless e-mail is unavailable.    Please be aware that we ship items from several satellite warehouses across the country and therefore their may be a short wait time of 48 to 72 hours before we are able to get the information you request from our third party and then to you. We will do our best to get the information to you as quickly as possible.
Product Availability
From time to time, certain items may be discontinued or temporarily out of stock;  in these cases we will automatically place your order on backorder and it will remain on order until it can be filled unless we are in reciept of a cancellation request via e-mail or by phone. Options on comparable items are available to you on request if the wait time is unacceptable on the backordered product.  You may cancel your backorder within fourteen business days or after sixty days for a full refund if you were inadvertantly charged.  For cancellations made after the allotted fourteen day grace period, but before sixty days, a non-refundable 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.  For any backorder not shipped after sixty days, a full refund will be given when cancelled. 
Safe and Secure Ordering Guaranteed
All credit card order information is placed only within our pages that use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and is SET compliant.  We encrypt all your personal information including your credit card, address, phone number, and E-mail address so that it cannot be accessed or read by unauthorized persons, companies, etc.
Prices/Parts Subject to Change
Due to the ever changing market and fluctuating interest rates, all of our products are subject to price changes.  We will do our very best to keep prices up-to-date on the Cycle More 4 Less site; however, in the event that a price has not been updated at the time of your order, you will be notified through E-mail or by phone and asked if you still wish to purchase the product. At this time, you may either choose another product that is applicable or cancel your order.
We are not responsible for misprints or incorrect statements made by the manufacturer on their products, nor are we responsible for lack of information thereof that has not been provided to us from them. 
Payments
We currently accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.  We also accept debit with the Master Card or Visa Logo or electronic check.    If you wish to pay for your order using any method other than mentioned or currently available, please call us and we will do everything we can to process your order as expediently as possible.   You may also mail a check or money order to:

However, orders purchased with this method cannot be shipped out to you until after your payment is received and verified. We will do everything possible to complete your order as quickly as we can, but only  after payment has been successfully processed.  For all orders placed within Arizona, the appropriate sales tax will be applied.
At this time, we are only able to service The Continental United States.
Shipping
At the current time, we only provide regular ground shipping at a rate of $10.00 dollars per tire and $50.00 dollars per Big Foot Kit. Items are generally shipped within three to five business days of order placement via UPS Ground Service.  UPS Ground takes anywhere up to ten business days from the time it leaves the warehouse and is delivered to you.  Most in-stock orders can be expected to arrive within ten business days, however, depending on the items ordered and the physical location of the warehouse filling the order, it can take up to thirty days. If we receive an order where you  request a faster delivery service, and you need to know what that rate will be, we will get back to you within 24 hours from receipt of your rate request to provide it to you and confirm your order.
  Tracking Orders  
In most cases, all items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours. Please wait a minimum of three to five business days (Excluding SATURDAY AND SUNDAYS) before calling on your order status.  Tracking numbers are provided to us by request from the satellite warehouses after a minimum three to five day processing period has elapsed from order placement. We understand the need to be able to track your orders in a timely manner, however, please allow the appropriate period before calling our toll free number regarding your order status:

Only after ten business days after shipment can we help you with accurately tracing or getting more detailed tracking information if you have not recieved your order as scheduled or on time. Thank you.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you may E-mail your cancellation or call with a cancellation request.  If you receive our answering system in the event we are experiencing a high volume of calls, your message will be date-and-time stamped to ensure proper crediting of your account.  For orders not cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, a handling fee will be charged to you, not to exceed 25% of the total order cost.  For backordered items, you may cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of order placement.  After that time, any order cancelled will be charged a handling fee of 15% of the total order cost unless it has been over 60 days, in which case, a full refund will be given.  For orders shipped out at the time of cancellation, you may refuse delivery of the order and a credit will be given minus the shipping costs on reciept of the return merchandise.
Exchanges and Refunds
Due to the strick fees charged by the credit card processing companies for credits,  returns, etc. , in order to process a refund credit for any return or cancellation for any other reason than a defect or misshipment of merchandise or orders cancelled due to out of stock issues after the twenty four hour no questions asked cancellation policy, you will be charged a 15% handling fee that will not be refunded. For return merchandise receiving credit, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount at the time of the return. If we receive incorrect information on an order, we cannot be held responsible for shipping charges that may also be applied should we receive the items returned for an incorrect shipping address.  If your order was damaged during shipment,  we will arrange for pickup of the item free of charge; however, we must be contacted the same day your shipment arrived.  As soon as the damaged product arrives back to us, we will promptly send out your replacement unless you request a refund.
